01 · About the role
Wonderhow began operations in the Philippines and has since expanded into the U.S. market. We are looking for someone dependable and technically capable who can securely host company-owned equipment, support authorized remote access, and step in with hands-on help when needed.
02 · Responsibilities
Receive and securely set up company-provided laptops and related hosting equipment.\nConnect each device to stable, reliable internet.\nKeep equipment powered on, connected, secure, and accessible for authorized remote management.\nMonitor equipment and report connectivity, power, or hardware issues.\nProvide hands-on troubleshooting when an issue cannot be resolved remotely.\nRespond to urgent issues, ideally within one to two hours.
03 · Requirements
You are physically located in the United States.\nYou have a secure location for company equipment.\nYou have reliable electricity and high-speed internet.\nYou understand laptops, networking, routers, remote-access tools, and basic troubleshooting.\nYou communicate clearly and can offer dependable availability.
04 · Compensation
$100 setup per laptop; $200 monthly hosting per laptop
